1.EXCHANGE POLICY 

We currently do not accept returns as we are a small brand working towards minimizing unnecessary returns.

Exchanges are only applicable for size changes in the same style and colour and must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. A ₹150 exchange shipping fee is charged to cover the cost of reverse pickup and reshipping logistics.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, unperfumed, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your request is accepted, we’ll schedule a pickup. Your new size ships out after your original piece passes a quick quality check. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit for the product value instead, valid for one year from the date of issue.

2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES 

In case you receive a damaged product, please share a clear unboxing video with us for verification within 24 hours of receiving the product. Refunds, if approved, will be issued in the form of store credit only equal to the product value, valid for one year from the date of issue.
